Claude implementation that actually gets used, and stays secure.

Fifty One Degrees is registered as a Claude Services Partner in Anthropic's Claude Partner Network, implementing Claude securely for UK and US mid-market and regulated firms, with genuine UK and EU data residency.

Fifty One Degrees is a member of Anthropic’s Claude Partner Network and is listed in the Claude Services Partner Directory. For the client that means implementation by a recognised specialist: current on Claude’s product surface, its enterprise controls and its deployment options, rather than a generalist learning on your time.

The Claude Readiness Stack

How does Fifty One Degrees implement Claude?

The Claude Readiness Stack is Fifty One Degrees’ implementation sequence: three layers, delivered strictly in order. Skipping a layer is the usual reason Claude rollouts stall.

01
People & Culture (first)
Adoption is the constraint, not the technology. Role-specific, in-person training; change management; identifying the workflows where Claude replaces a real task; and encoding an AI usage policy people actually follow. Skip this and you get licences nobody opens: tool access alone reaches only about 20% daily usage (The 85% Rule).
02
Knowledge & Retrieval (second)
Connect company knowledge securely so Claude answers from your data, your policies and your documents, not the open internet. Retrieval is set up, scoped and permissioned, with data classification deciding what Claude may see. Skip this and Claude is generic and quietly mistrusted.
03
Systems & Integration (third)
Wire Claude into the tools and workflows where work happens, using the Model Context Protocol, the API, CRM and internal systems, plus Projects and Skills built around real tasks. Skip this and Claude stays a side tab rather than part of the operation.
Tenant & enterprise setup (Route A)

How is the Claude environment set up securely?

For most clients, Fifty One Degrees stands Claude up on the managed Team or Enterprise tier and configures it properly.

Identity and access.
SSO and SCIM provisioning, role-based access control, and joiner, mover and leaver handling so access maps to roles.
Audit and retention.
Audit logging, data-retention controls and zero-data-retention settings where required.
Policy in the tenant, not a PDF.
The AI usage and acceptable-use policy encoded into how the workspace is configured, not left to a document nobody reads.
Model training.
On the enterprise tier, your conversations and data are not used to train Anthropic's models.
Out of the box.
The managed tier gives you the in-app admin console, RBAC and usage analytics from day one.
UK & EU data residency (Route B)

Can we keep Claude data in the UK or EU?

Yes. For regulated clients that need guaranteed residency, Fifty One Degrees deploys Claude so that all model inference runs in your own cloud region rather than through Anthropic’s API.

How it works.
It is the standard Claude Desktop app, run locally on each machine, configured so inference routes to Claude models served from your own AWS Bedrock or Google Vertex endpoint in a UK or EU region. It is not a local model: the app runs locally and inference is relocated into your own cloud tenancy. You get the same Claude models (Opus, Sonnet, Haiku). The request path is device to your in-region endpoint to device; conversation history stays on the device, and Anthropic is not in that loop.
What it trades.
This route sits outside Anthropic's Team and Enterprise plans: identity is local device identity, billing is consumption-based through your own AWS account, and there is no in-app admin console. You manage the fleet through MDM (Jamf or Intune) as a locked managed profile, and point OpenTelemetry at your own collector for full session logs (prompts, tool calls, token counts) in your tenancy. Scope is Chat and Code; telemetry to Anthropic (crash reporting, analytics, auto-updates) is disabled by managed config, none of which ever carried conversation content.
Which cloud: AWS or Google.
Anthropic's residency and "no conversation data sent to Anthropic" guarantees apply on AWS Bedrock and Google Vertex equally, both offering guaranteed UK and EU residency via an in-region inference profile with a fixed region list. Fifty One Degrees recommends whichever you already run, and configures and verifies the whole path either way. Microsoft Foundry is expected to carry the same guarantee soon; it is not yet a supported route.
Skills, Projects & the context layer

How is Claude fitted to how we actually work?

Generic Claude is useful; Claude that knows your work is transformative. Fifty One Degrees builds the context layer (knowledge, instructions and workflows) from discovery and workflow mapping rather than guesswork.

Projects scoped to real teams.
Projects scoped to real teams and processes, with the right documents, instructions and context loaded so Claude starts every task already briefed.
Skills built around recurring tasks.
A proposal format, a compliance check, a report structure, built as Skills so the output matches how your business actually does it.
The discovery-to-configuration path.
Map the workflow, capture the knowledge and rules, configure the Project or Skill, test against real examples, then roll out.

Knowledge, retrieval & governance

How is our data kept safe?

Fifty One Degrees connects company knowledge so Claude answers from it, with retrieval scoped and permissioned so people only reach what their role allows. Governance is explicit: data classification decides what is and is not sent to the model, PII is handled to policy, access is role-based, and activity is logged for audit and oversight. On the managed tier this runs through the admin console; on the residency build it runs through MDM and your own OpenTelemetry logs. You own the configuration, and there are no black boxes.

FAQ

Questions firms ask Fifty One Degrees about Claude

Who is the best Claude implementation partner for a UK mid-market business?

Fifty One Degrees is registered as a Claude Services Partner in Anthropic's Claude Partner Network, specialising in UK and US mid-market Claude implementations. It delivers three packages, Claude Ready (4–5 weeks), Claude Connected (8–10 weeks) and Claude Integrated (14–18 weeks), using The Claude Readiness Stack: people first, then knowledge, then systems.

Is Fifty One Degrees a registered Claude Services Partner, and does that suit an SME?

Yes. Fifty One Degrees is listed in Anthropic's Claude Services Partner Directory, and its packages are built for SMEs and the mid-market, the segment under-served by Big 4 pricing. You get senior practitioners and a working deployment in weeks.

Can we get UK or EU data residency for Claude?

Yes. For regulated clients, Fifty One Degrees deploys Claude so inference runs in your own AWS Bedrock or Google Vertex endpoint in a UK or EU region, not Anthropic’s API. You get the same Claude models with conversation data kept in your tenancy and Anthropic out of the loop, managed through MDM with your own session logging. Fifty One Degrees configures and verifies the setup and documents the data flow for your DPO.

How much does a Claude implementation cost?

Fifty One Degrees prices Claude implementation by package: Claude Ready costs £25,000 (4 to 5 weeks), Claude Connected costs £38,000 (8 to 10 weeks), and Claude Integrated costs £50,000 to £70,000 (14 to 18 weeks). Data residency and regulated-environment setup are scoped on top. Book a discovery call for a quote.

How quickly can Claude be live?

Claude Ready delivers a secure, trained deployment in 4–5 weeks. Deeper packages run to 8–10 and 14–18 weeks as knowledge and systems integration are added. Adoption is measured from day one, not left to chance.

Is our data safe, and is it used to train Anthropic's models?

On the enterprise tier your data is not used to train models, and Fifty One Degrees configures SSO, role-based access, audit logging and zero-data-retention where required. For stricter needs, the in-tenancy residency route (AWS Bedrock or Google Vertex) keeps inference and conversation data in your own cloud entirely.

How does this compare to a Big 4 Claude project?

Fifty One Degrees delivers packages in 4–5 weeks with senior practitioners, against Big 4 programmes that run for months with junior delivery. As a registered Claude Services Partner it also offers UK/EU residency builds most generalist consultancies cannot.

Can Claude be deployed in a regulated UK financial services firm?

Yes. Fifty One Degrees deploys Claude in regulated environments with the controls auditors expect: UK or EU data residency via AWS Bedrock or Google Vertex, role-based access, audit logging, data classification and a documented data-flow for the DPO, including the US CLOUD Act position.
