These terms cover the marketing website only. They do not apply to client engagements, which are governed by separate contracts, or to the Fifty One Degrees product platform at app.51d.ai, which has its own terms.

• Technical security data collected by Cloudflare, including IP address, for bot management and DDoS protection

How we use your information

We do not use your personal data for automated decision-making or profiling.

Where we rely on legitimate interests, we have assessed that those interests are not overridden by your rights and interests, taking into account the limited nature of the data involved and the reasonable expectations of visitors to a professional services website.
