Freddie’s Flowers is one of the UK’s best-loved direct-to-consumer brands, delivering fresh, seasonal flowers to hundreds of thousands of customers nationwide. As the company enters its next growth phase, it has engaged Fifty One Degrees to help accelerate AI adoption across the business — with a focus on improving customer outcomes, operating efficiency, and commercial performance.
What We’re Doing
The engagement follows our embed-over-advise model. Rather than delivering a strategy deck and walking away, we’re placing senior consultants inside the Freddie’s Flowers team to work shoulder-to-shoulder with their people.
Over an initial three-month programme, we’re working across the business to identify where AI and automation can deliver the greatest return — whether that’s improving the customer experience, streamlining internal workflows, or building predictive models for areas like pricing, churn, and demand forecasting.
The work includes establishing an AI strategy and governance framework, creating an internal network of AI champions to drive adoption from the ground up, and delivering the first live AI implementations.
